Petition

Petition

Why not set up a petition. We have two forms that you can use and print off.

  1. Access to toilets
  2. Condition of toilets
Survey

Survey for pupils

Why not conduct your own survey. Ask your friends and other class mates what they think about their school toilets. You can present your results to the school (don't forget to send them to the governors). We'd love to receive your results too! But don't send us your survey forms!

  1. Survey
  2. Survey (for pupils to fill in themselves)

Questionnaires for pupils and staff

There are two other questionnaires (surveys) you may prefer to use. These are from Medway Youth Parliament who surveyed lots of schools in their area. There is one to survey pupils and another to survey staff. You can use either or both of them. You can survey several schools in your area (like Medway Youth Parliament did) or use them in your school only. You can ask the questions or you can ask people to fill in the questionnaires on their own.

  1. Questionnaire for pupils
  2. Questionnaire for staff (such as teachers, classroom assistants, lunch and playground supervisors, site managers, cleaners)

Present your results to the headteacher and governors. You can also suggest some recommendations (changes) that you feel are reasonable and achievable.

We'd love to receive your results and recommendations too! But don't send us your survey forms!
